INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
1. PURPOSE
This policy aims to define the necessary requirements to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information systems and data within YEDİC Engineering, to inform all employees and relevant parties about the top management's approach and goals regarding any security breach.
2. SCOPE
This policy covers all information assets within YEDİC Engineering. It is applicable to all employees, internal and external suppliers, and visitors to the company.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES
The management, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of security policies under the Information Security Organization established within YEDİC Engineering are conducted through the Information Security Management Process. A designated Information Security Management Representative is appointed to manage the relevant process. The Information Security Policy is published in a way that all employees can continuously access, and necessary training is planned by the Human Resources and Training Officer. Compliance with the relevant policy is regularly monitored.
4. OBJECTIVES
YEDİC Engineering aims to maintain its reputation, reliability, and protect its information assets, ensuring the continuity and integrity of information systems, raising the awareness and compliance levels of its personnel in information security, ensuring compliance as stipulated in contracts with third parties, and preventing possible violations of regulations by keeping its information assets in compliance with legislation.
Compliance with the Information Security Policy is mandatory for all employees.
